CIMARQ offers its customers specialized consultancy services for applying BIM (Building Information Modeling) and visualization in the construction industry.

What is CIMARQ.BIM?

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the process of generating and managing building or project information during their entire life cycle using real time 3D dynamic modeling software to reduce the loss of time and resources during the design, construction and operation stages. This process produces an information model (also called BIM) that includes the building’s geometry, spatial relationships, geographic information, as well as the number and properties of the each building component.

BIM is the most innovative and powerful concept in the construction and building industry. It allows visualizing a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a facility and analyzing different building alternatives, either before project execution or while a project is being built. It also allows detecting potential collisions and discrepancies.

Where can we apply CIMARQ.BIM?

  • Project Management.
  • Industrial buildings: factories, industrial buildings, warehouses, silos, etc.
  • Special buildings: public buildings, hotels, etc.
  • Urbanizations
  • Civil works in general
  • Public works engineering
  • Ancillary structures: falsework, etc.
  • Structural inspection and maintenance
  • Infrastructure operation
  • 3D visualization
  • Works operation: stage analysis, preliminary digital representation, analysis of alternatives
  • Conflict and discrepancy analysis: structures, piping, etc.
